A decision instrument
Make important decisions
with rigor.
Verdant Decisions™ is a structured decision-making tool used to clarify what matters, weigh the trade-offs, and arrive at defensible recommendations.
01 — What it does
A calm, deliberate space for the choices that matter most.
Define the question. Lay out the options. Name the factors that truly matter. Verdant Decisions™ guides you through pairwise comparisons, derives the weights for you, and returns a ranked recommendation you can stand behind — and explain to anyone.
02 — The method
The Analytic Hierarchy Process.
Developed by Thomas Saaty in the 1970s, AHP breaks complex decisions into a hierarchy of factors, then uses pairwise comparisons to derive consistent weights for each. Instead of ranking everything at once — which the mind does poorly — you make a series of small, careful judgments: is this factor more important than that one, and by how much? Verdant Decisions™ assembles those judgments into a coherent set of priorities, scores each option against each factor, and produces a weighted ranking with the math made transparent.
